- The preferred rate is for businesses registered and operating in Cabo Verde with majority Cabo Verdean ownership (or reviewed equivalent). It does not stack with other discounts.
- Verified Cabo Verde educational institutions and NGOs may request a 50% discount after a project or collaboration review.
